I leased my apartment from Farhat for almost three years. They were a wonderful landlord the entire time, and took great care of the building I lived at. They were super helpful and responsive with all of the issues that came up over the term of our tenancy, and even made some requested improvements to our apartment when we resigned our lease - new vanity and medicine cabinet. Would definitely recommend!

Moises Farhat has been my go to person for all management issues in my Upper Westside cooperative in NYC for the last five years - ever since I bought it.His knowledge, intelligence, responsiveness, execution and customer care has been phenomenal. Moises Farhat has been the managing agent for my cooperative building in Morningside Heights for nearly three decades now. If you read down, I recommended Moises Farhat back in 2011. We’re a decade later, and I haven’t changed my tune. Given that we have a pretty small building, I am continuously surprised at the large amount of attention that Moises gives us. ‘High touch’ would be an understatement. He responds quickly no matter how minor an issue may be. He has years of experience with building codes and NYC building laws that he draws upon every day to ensure the building is in compliance. He works closely with the condo board as a partner. We have had some legal issues with the building and he’s helped quarterback the process. Highly recommend him.

I am the president of a condo association for a small building in Chelsea that Moises has been managing for six or seven years. I have no hesitation recommending him. He is extremely responsive and goes above and beyond the call of duty. We have had numerous problems in our building including leaks and delinquent owners. He has gone above and beyond what I would have expected from a building manager for these issues. He is always available. I have never experienced any dishonesty or unprofessionalism that the other reviewer noted.
